For the big midterm election month, Fox News held its firm lead over
the cable news pack, but it was its news programming that really
shined, outrating many of the channel’s opinion shows.

Today Day (Mon-Sun): 1.20M total viewers/308K A25-54
Primetime (Mon-Sun): 2.15M total viewers/527K A25-54

"Special Report with Bret Baier" and "Fox Report with Shepard Smith"
were the highlights for November, with Baier’s program finishing second
only to “The O’Reilly Factor” in total viewers. Smith’s program
finished fourth among all FNC programs in the key demo.

Likewise, Megyn Kelly‘s hour got a huge bump compared to the same time
last year. “America Live" was up +20% in total viewers and +4% in the
demo.

No matter what the liberals in the press say about Fox news, Fox news
just keeps on kicking the other liberal cable news networks' ass.

In the age of liberal Obama and his liberal, sycophantic "lame-stream"
media -- Fox news remains the most powerful.

This is good news for America.

This is good news for America.
Geriatric demographics...gullibility and gooberness...are anything but
good news for America. For Fox...and for an audience that
unquestioningly laps up any and all hyperbolic slop that's dished out,
perhaps. Who feeds at the trough and why are the real barometers. The
numbers game is just that...and quantity over quality are Murdoch and
Ailes' hallmarks.

There's obviously alot of confusion borne out of manipulation and
mind-games, as to what constitutes "the most powerful"....and "fair and
balanced".

Most thinking people steer clear of Fox, not because it's wildly biased
and bought and paid for by conservative entities...but because it's
vapid, transparent infotainment...and because opinions are very often
based on misinformation, which they're quite happy to pass along. The
absence of journalistic integrity is a real draw...and one or two may
dare stray from the "party line" on rare occasion. Not surprisingly,
they're not the biggest stars....

What they dish out can best be described as an "all-you-can-eat"
buffet...as opposed to a cooked-to-order meal at a fine restaurant...
